Start with the customer’s next action
A useful business website is not a digital brochure. Decide whether the visitor should call, send a WhatsApp message, request a quote, visit your location, or make a purchase. Give that action a clear place on every important page.
Design for the phone and the network
Many Kenyan customers will first meet your business on a phone and may be using mobile data. Use readable type, compressed images, short forms, and pages that remain useful on a slower connection. Test the site on an ordinary Android device—not only on a studio monitor.
Build trust before asking for the sale
Show accurate contact details, real photographs, a clear description of what you provide, the areas you serve, and examples of completed work. Keep the language direct. A visitor should understand who you are, what you do, and how to reach you within a few seconds.
